Hey-zeus, she loves talking about that poop. Can you just make a video where you talk about poop the entire time? Just start it off saying “ok, let’s talk about poop” and go from there. Cool, message me for ideas.
When she says “Passes straight through you” she means you poop it out. Do you poop? She poops, she just admits it. She even looks through her poo-poo to find the flax seeds, cos she forgot to grind them up. Actually, she probably doesn’t. But this gal LOVES her flaxseed.

I love love love love love Special K cereal. If I don’t have that I eat Raisin Bran and sometimes Frosted Mini Wheats (a third less sugar version) and on rare occasions will have Rice Krispies, Cocoa Krispies or Frosted Flakes.

I eat Cereal most mornings. It’s organic cereal. I add pulverized flaxseed, lecithin, and raisins into my cereal bowl containing the organic cereal and organic oat milk.
The backgrounds are a very nice addition to this video. I don’t think that HEB is a National chain. The chain doesn’t go east into LA, MS, AL or FL. I have been missing the boat on flax seed. Thanks for filling my little mind with good sound nutritional ideas.

I have been hearing that coffee and tea is good for you. i have also seen information to the contrary. If there is something in tea that is good for you, then how about the caffiene in tea?
Normally for breakfast I have either a smoothie or oatmeal with cinnamon and organic sugar… but when I do eat cereal, I eat Cheerios.
for breakfast I consume “organic Ezekiel sprouted grain cereal with almonds” along with hempmilk and soymilk combined. I add some organic milled flaxseed, banana slices, cinnamon, and organic agave nectar in my cereal and I consume a cup of organic acai/blueberry/pomegranate juice.

It’s all true, but Flax is an omega 3 on the pythoestrogen side.
That’s why girls look great.

Guys have to eat trib and just ‘do it’ because although flax is for the circulation; eventually guys do ‘better’ on vegetable oil.
Anytime it goes toxic in the environment. Try flax. The other time try vegetable oil. Lipid balance improves.
I like flax, but I want children.
I used to do the flax seeds but I replaced them with the chia seeds
I sometimes eat organic corn flakes with soy milk.
Soak it in good water, and it will get all gelatinous…after a few days, little tails will sprout out of the point of the seed.
Flax is estrogenic though…so keep it in moderation. Check out Daniel Vitalis and his work with flax…should be more of a treat than a staple food because of the phyto-estrogens..
Chia seeds are a great alternative though.

My breakfast contains: Grind flax seed with organic quick oats, sun flower seeds, rasins and some fruit, mostly half of a banana with 1% skim milk.
