IS IT ODD TO NEVER GET ANY SWELLING AFTER ANY MEDICAL PROCEDURES?

For example knowledge teeth private (no facial flourishing roughly at all) after a surgery to remove a growth (no flourishing at all) I only satisfied which anytime I have any surgery or dental procedures I never swell. Is this normal?

my face did not swell when I had my wisdom teeth pulled either. I never really thought about it tho until now.
