1. no one will debate we have the best health care system in the world. let me restate that..in the world .
2. wealthy people for years have left their own countries with health care systems which are like obama wants come here for their surgeries and extended care.
3. an old adage states ”if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
4. you won’t find a more sophisticated and polite audience than that of pure doctors. the liberal media modified the audio where the doctors actually booed the president.
librophile….i’ll make you a bet. you’re not involved in the health care industry and his socialization of it won’t affect your lifestyle. i am an r.n. that worked and sacraficed many years to enjoy a nice lifestyle. doctors are out even more. his healthcare plan will destroy our salaries and incentives to enter this very stressful but rewarding career. take away our salaries and the people going into medicine will decline. so then we have a shortage coupled with increased load=catastrophe.

Doctors perform all necessary test to avoid any lawsuits from trial lawyers that make campaign contributions to Barrack Obama.
Insurance companies compete with each other to offer the best care in order to gain insurees.
Democrats in congress force insurance companies to cover Alcohol treatments and marriage counseling in order to make it tougher for americans to pay for private insurance…while at the same time undermining private insuranced companies by usiing taxpayer money to subsidize the public insurance program making private insurance companies unable to compete.
PUBLIC:
Some stinkinng czar that in no way was ever elected nor has any experience in healthcare will decide what treatment you will get based on your ability to pay taxes to the federal government. This czar will decide wether you are too old for healthcare or wether you will die any way as a means of cutting healthcare costs.
Profit will go directly to the DEMOCRATIC PARTY.
Waiting and rationing will become the normal everyday business in American healthcare just as it has in every other country that has private healthcare coverage….People with healthcare problems are at this time flocking to the U.S. for adequate healthcare. (cancer, help with aging).

Places the INSURANCE COMPANY between YOU & YOUR DOCTOR.
The Insurance Company DECIDES which treatment they’ll authorize & pay for, or what claim they’ll deny & cancel the policy.
PUBLIC:
Your DOCTOR is the one WHO DECIDES which treatment YOU require.
NO profit involved.
NO more red tape.
NO begging with Insurance Co. for approval.
NO Insurance CEO’s HUGE SALARIES & BONUSES filling their greedy pockets.
REPUBLICAN HYPOCRISY:
After 9/11 and the death of 3,000 Americans, the Conservative Republicans APPROVED the WAR WITH IRAQ.
But they OPPOSE a PUBLIC HEALTH CARE … knowing that 18,000 AMERICANS die each each due to a lack of Health Coverage !! …
18,000 DEAD AMERICANS represent … six (6) 9/11 … each and EVERY YEAR !!

America stop focusing on “socialized medicine”. Listen to what he says again on this video. My opinions: Insurance dictatescosts primarily.Unbudle all costs in healthcare, find the real cost ,then everyone causing high cost needs to lower the cost. All mark-ups along the way must be evaluated and considered.
President Obama is bold enough to look at the ugly monsters in the face and lead us to demand change.

Healthcare is one of the biggest political issues;not only in the US.A good sollution of healthcare problems in the US will inspire other politicians in other countries.

Lower the cost of medical education, lower the salaries of health care providers, lower the profit of insurance companies and only then can you really lower the cost of medical procedures and in turn healthcare in general. Will the doctors of the country, the AMA and the insurance companies willingly see this transformation?

Absolutely geneius. yes it is a right to be able to have babies, ride a bike and travel but then again that is implied because it forces no actiion upon others. Healthcare is NOT a right because it FORCES actions on people other than yourself: primarily taxation. to put it in elementary terms, you can ride a bike but I don’t have to pay for it. you can have a kid but I shouldn’t have to baby sit it. understand. and hooray for eleanor !a life of good intentions that amounted to zip.

I live in another country that has socialized health care. I came here in part because I can’t afford health care in the U.S. I AM one of those healthy seniors who simply wants affordable insurance in case I have a traumatic event. So, what is the answer? There has to be one. Simply yelling about socialist issues and your rights under the current health care where are your suggestions for changing the broken health care system in the U.S.? All is Isee is whiners. Do something!
