the worst for me has to be these microwave burritos i’m trying to ween myself off of. i know they are probably made from some space age polymer, and yet i’m drawn to them like a moth to a deadly bug zapping light.

“Food” that is processed, has chemicals, dyes, and artificial sweetners is bad. Fast food is bad. Very, very bad. Just thinking of what is in that meat grosses me out.
Deep-fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Just ask Elvis.
The worst food I can think of is Lard (pig fat). Also all types of national sausages that are barbequed here in Switzerland are really bad.

Fast food is generally the worst in my opinion.. Although sometimes frozen grocery store food(bags or boxes) can have outrageously large amounts of calories and fat/sat fat, sodium and cholestorol. It really seems to be in how a particular recipe decides to go about making a food item.

I think that a hamburger is the WORST thing you can eat, from McDonalds, or burger king….it is dead, it is processed, it has perservatives, addatives, MSG, gross….it has antibiotics in it, growth hormones, maybe even cloned sometime soon.
How do we purport to sustain life by eating death? Organic fruits veges, seeds and nuts are good, particularly when fresh. Science findings have come to light that produce loses nutrients pretty quickly. So sprouting catches life as it bursts onto the scene, in its most tenderest state, if the eating is timed right. As nutrient replete as food can get, at least for mostly urbanized, most of the year. It’s also the way to a good 100 mile diet, wherever we are. We must localize vs transportat’n
